This heritage home had been in the family for over 25 years. While structurally sound, the interiors had aged significantly and the layout no longer suited the family's modern lifestyle. The goal was a complete transformation — without losing the home's original character.
We started with a thorough structural assessment, identifying areas that needed reinforcement and repair. From there, we redesigned the interior layout to create more open, functional spaces while preserving the home's architectural identity.
The renovation included new flooring, updated electrical and plumbing systems, modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, fresh plastering, and a complete repaint. The exterior was also refreshed with new facade work and landscaping to give the home a completely renewed presence.
